We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with our ad partner. You can tell us to stop. California law gives California residents this right; we honour it for everyone. You do not need an account to ask. If you run screens through our app, read what opting out does to them first.
What we share
We do not sell personal information. We share it in one way only, with our ad partner, 4 Corners Media Group:
- Ad requests from screens. Each time a screen asks for an ad, its location, technical details and the network it is connected to go to 4 Corners Media Group and the advertising platforms it works with. While an ad plays, the advertiser's tracking services see the machine's IP address. This describes a machine at a business, not anyone near the screen, but it can be linked to the operator who runs the screen.
We do not give our ad partner account details, bank information, support messages, or photographs uploaded in the app. We do not measure the people around our screens.
What opting out does
- We stop sharing your personal information with our ad partner going forward.
- If you operate screens: screens cannot receive ads without asking for them, so this sharing is a condition of running screens through the app. You cannot opt out and keep them on advertising. We will tell you which screens are affected and that they will stop showing ads and stop earning, and then we take them off advertising. Money you have already earned is still paid under the terms.
- If you do not operate screens: we hold nothing about you from the screens, and your request changes nothing about them.
- It cannot retrieve information our ad partner received before your request.
- We will not charge you for asking.
Global Privacy Control. This app runs no advertising tags, so a GPC signal has nothing to switch off in your browser. It is not read as a request about an operator's account, because that would take screens off advertising without anyone deciding to. To make one, use the email below.
Submit a request
Email privacy@pinpoint-vending.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". Say which email address or account the request is about, and anything that helps us find your information, such as the venue or machine. There is no form on this page; email is how requests reach us.
Write the emailWe confirm receipt within 10 business days and act within 15. We use your email address only to handle the request.
Authorised agents
An agent may submit a request for you. We will ask for written proof that you authorised them, and we may ask you to confirm it directly.
